Review: the 2023 Photography Workshop
The 2023 workshop wrapped up a couple weeks ago, after five days of early wake up calls, shooting the sunrise through to the sunset, and exploring the park with our cameras. We had a full continent of eight photographers, plus our ‘special guest’ and my good friend Adam Pratt (formerly of Adobe Systems), who is a wealth of knowledge in all things Photoshop and Lightroom, or anything else in the Adobe realm.

Review: the 2022 Photography Workshop
The Images of Acadia 2022 workshop was one of the best ever, with some of the nicest photographers I’ve ever had. We hit the road running, usually visiting 3-5 locations each day, starting with a 5:30am meetup then heading out to seek the sunrise, taking a break or two for breakfast and lunch, then ending the day with a sunset shoot somewhere in the park.

Gorham Mountain is one of Acadia’s least known but best hikes. On this morning, the clouds cleared just enough to let the sun shine through a pink, blue and orange sky.

The Kane Path in autumn is one of the most beautiful and colorful sights in all of Acadia.
